Delivery dates
Deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. We will update you via email with an estimated delivery date. For smaller items such as bedding, towels, duvets, blankets, cushions and pillows deliveries are usually made within 2-3 business days of order. For larger items such as beds, rugs and furniture delivery date information will be confirmed as soon as possible.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, we must be notified within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@hmonks.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
