We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery charges depend on the products ordered and the delivery address, with free delivery available on most orders over £60. Your exact delivery charge will be shown at checkout.

UK delivery

Smaller items

This includes bedding, towels, duvets, blankets, cushions and pillows.

• Orders over £60: Free delivery

Larger items

This includes beds, rugs and furniture.

Delivery charges for larger items are calculated at checkout.

Local delivery

The following local delivery rates apply within these postcode areas:

LE2, LE8, LE17, LE18, NN6, NN14, NN15, NN16 and NN18

• Most products: £5.99
• Most orders over £60: Free delivery
• Rugs: £19.95
• Sweet Dreams beds: £50

Market Harborough delivery

Delivery to addresses within the LE16 postcode area is free for all products.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within two business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched.

Smaller items are usually delivered within 2–3 business days. For larger items, we’ll contact you to confirm the delivery date.

Deliveries are normally made between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Collect from our store

You can collect your online order free of charge from our Market Harborough Town Centre store. Select Collect from Market Harborough Store at checkout.

Collections are available Monday to Saturday, from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Delivery outside the UK

Please contact us for an international delivery quotation.

Returns and damaged items

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, email sales@hmonks.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a photograph showing the damage.
